„Dragi poverenici Saveza slobodnih sindikata Srbije,

upamtite, od danas pa za ceo život, da je država monopol sile i da vlast često vlada strahom koji se širi preko njenih institucija — vojske, policije, tužilaštva, a ponekad i sudova. Zbog toga ćete, kao ljudi koji stoje uz radnike i narod, tokom čitavog života biti u sukobu sa nepravdom, braneći ljude od zloupotreba vlasti.

Nijedna vlast nije imuna na iskušenje zloupotrebe moći. Upravo zato je vaša uloga da budete glas radnika, da se suprotstavite pritiscima, da štitite dostojanstvo čoveka i da ne dozvolite da strah postane sredstvo upravljanja narodom.

Poverenik Saveza slobodnih sindikata Srbije nije samo funkcija — to je odgovornost, obaveza i čast. Samo ako ostanete uz narod, ako govorite istinu i ako se borite za pravdu, zaslužićete poštovanje i poverenje koje ova borba nosi.

Vaš put nije lak, ali je ispravan. Zato stojte uspravno, ostanite verni radnicima i ne odustajte od borbe za pravdu i dostojanstvo čoveka.“

«Dorogie upolnomočennыe Soюza svobodnыh profsoюzov Serbii,

zapomnite na vsю žiznь: gosudarstvo obladaet monopolieй na silu, i vlastь neredko upravlяet čerez strah, kotorый rasprostranяetsя čerez eё institutы — armiю, policiю, prokuraturu, a inogda i sudы. Poэtomu vam, kak lюdяm, stoящim rяdom s rabočimi i narodom, predstoit vsю žiznь protivostoяtь nespravedlivosti, zaщiщaя lюdeй ot zloupotrebleniй vlasti.

Ni odna vlastь ne zastrahovana ot iskušeniя zloupotrebitь svoeй siloй. Imenno poэtomu vaša rolь — bыtь golosom rabočih, protivostoяtь davleniю, zaщiщatь čelovečeskoe dostoinstvo i ne pozvolяtь strahu stanovitьsя instrumentom upravleniя obщestvom.

Upolnomočennый Soюza svobodnыh profsoюzov Serbii — эto ne prosto funkciя, эto otvetstvennostь, dolg i čestь. Tolьko ostavaяsь rяdom s narodom, govorя pravdu i borяsь za spravedlivostь, vы zaslužite uvaženie i doverie, kotorыe prinosit эta borьba.

Vaš putь nelёgok, no on pravilьnый. Poэtomu stoйte prяmo, ostavaйtesь vernы rabočim i ne otkazыvaйtesь ot borьbы za spravedlivostь i čelovečeskoe dostoinstvo.»

Aleksić Nebojša, President of the Alliance of Free Trade Unions of Serbia:

“Dear commissioners of the Alliance of Free Trade Unions of Serbia,

remember this for the rest of your lives: the state holds a monopoly on force, and power often governs through fear spread by its institutions — the army, the police, the prosecution, and at times even the courts. That is why you, as people who stand with workers and the people, will spend your lives confronting injustice and defending people from abuses of power.

No authority is immune to the temptation of misusing power. This is why your role is to be the voice of workers, to resist pressure, to protect human dignity, and to prevent fear from becoming a tool of governance.

A commissioner of the Alliance of Free Trade Unions of Serbia is not just a position — it is responsibility, duty, and honor. Only by standing with the people, speaking the truth, and fighting for justice will you earn the respect and trust that this struggle brings.

Your path is not easy, but it is the right one. Stand upright, remain loyal to workers, and never give up the fight for justice and human dignity.”
